Hi, I’m Joan a certified veterinary technician. I am a graduate of Madison Area Technical College. I have been working at Heritage Animal Hospital since 1991. My family includes my husband, 3 boys, a golden retriever named Willow and my cat Emmy Lou. I like to spend my free time at our family cottage and doing outdoor activities, especially biking. I really enjoy meeting and taking care of you and your pets.
